How would we work together? 

Typically, we’d work remotely over Teams.

Our sessions are completely confidential – it’s a truly safe space for you to explore any issues, large or small, that you want to work on.

We’d meet for hourly sessions, approximately three weeks apart – long enough for you to make any changes that are identified within a session, but not so far apart that we lose momentum.

We’ll create a coaching log that will capture the main takeaways from our sessions – what we discussed, what we learned, what actions we identified. I’ll email this over after every session – it’s your personal toolkit to ensure that you have ready access to what we cover in your sessions.
