Activity versus output

Short and sweet from me today.

When you are planning and prioritising, how much thought do you give to the ratio of your activity to output?

Colloquially known as bang for your buck, or, in more formal terms, leverage management. E.G, what gives you the greatest return on your time.

I love this concept, wonderfully described in my favourite management book of all time (SO FAR) – High Output Management by Andrew Grove – and it is a concept I discuss at any opportunity.
