I love working with my clients on goal setting. It’s such an energy boost – providing clarity of thought and enabling success.
Generally I start with three questions:
- What do you want to achieve?
- How will you know when you’ve done it?
- What’s important about it?
Simplifying your thinking in this way makes it easy to cut to the chase and define exactly what it is you want to achieve, and why. That makes the ‘how’ will you do it a lot easier to map. Try it!
